PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve element tester which readily allows an adapter to be mounted on a mounting block, in a space-saving manner. SOLUTION: The valve element tester includes projections 231a and 231b of clamp cylinders 230a and 230b projecting or sinking on the other surface 202 side; and clamp levers 210a and 210b, having lever supports 220a and 220b on the other surface 202 and having an output of an air cylinder as points of contact of the projections 231a and 231b with clamp levers 210a and 210b, while having action points among the lever supports 220a and 220b, the projections 231a and 231b, and the points of contact of the clamp levers 210a and 210b. Projecting of the projections 231a and 231b causes the clamp levers 210a and 210b to move, while holes 341a and 341b in mounting block connectors 340a and 340b cause an adapter 300 to stick fast to a mounting block 200.
