PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper frame base isolation supporting structure for a jib crane, capable of efficiently reducing a load to be transmitted from an upper frame to a jib when earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: Between a swivel base 9 and a front supporting column 11F of the upper frame 11, a horizontal displacement absorbing means 19 is mounted for damping and absorbing relative displacement between the swivel base 9 and the front supporting column 11F in a horizontal plane when earthquake occurs.
