PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated plastic film having high durability by forming an inorganic matter layer to a plastic base film with high adhesion at a low manufacturing cost without providing an intermediate layer. SOLUTION: In the laminated plastic film containing the inorganic matter layer and a plastic film base material of which the surface is treated with the plasma due to microwave discharge before the inorganic matter layer is formed on the surface by a dry process, the surface of the plastic film base material is etched in an etching amount of 12-563 nm by the plasma.
