PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of suppressing power consumption used for braking by efficiently driving a motor for supplying an operating fluid to a wheel cylinder. SOLUTION: In the brake control device, liquid pressure is supplied to the wheel cylinder by the supply of a brake fluid to the wheel cylinder through a liquid pressure circuit, and a braking force is applied to a wheel by the liquid pressure. A liquid pressure source is provided in the liquid pressure circuit and the liquid pressure is supplied to the wheel cylinder in accordance with the rotation number of a motor. The opening of a liquid pressure adjusting valve is adjusted by an energization control, so that the liquid pressure of the wheel cylinder is adjusted. A control unit controls the braking force applying to the wheel by controlling the rotation number of the motor and the opening of the liquid pressure adjusting valve. The control unit executes the control for applying the braking force to the wheel by stopping the motor and adjusting the opening of the liquid pressure adjusting valve when it is a predetermined vehicle speed or below.
