PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tarpaulin mat having a clear display image on a surface, for forming a lightweight floor mat which may be used as a floor mat, or a wall mat being a display medium or advertisement medium. SOLUTION: The tarpaulin mat 1 shown in Fig.1 is the floor mat 2 such as an entrance mat or floor mat, or the wall mat 3 such as the display medium or advertisement medium, wherein the tarpaulin mat 1 for forming the floor mat 2 or wall mat 3 includes the following in an integrated manner: a base substrate 4 made of a rubber 4b or elastomer 4c; a tarpaulin sheet 6 or film which is formed of synthetic resin sheets 8 and a knitted fabric 10a or woven fabric 10b and is fitted and placed inside a peripheral edge 5 of the base substrate 4; and a protective sheet 11 made of a transparent polyvinyl chloride sheet 11a for protecting a surface of the tarpaulin sheet 6 or film.
