Also disclosed are systems for purifying liquids using the anodically protected, corrosion resistant, self cleaning, high efficiency, submerged tube and plate heat exchangers. Further disclosed are methods for purifying liquids using the anodically protected, corrosion resistant, self cleaning, high efficiency, submerged tube and plate heat exchangers.
