PURPOSE: A resin composition, a thermal receptive seat, and a manufacturing method of a thermal receptive seat are provided to improve a peeling off ability from a thermal transfer recording ribbon among printing. CONSTITUTION: A thermal receptive seat(1) has a dye acceptable layer over one surface of at least one base(2). A resin composition used in a dye acceptable layer includes core/shell latex. The core/shell latex includes a cross linking agent which reacts with a carboxyl group contained in the shell.
