PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst substituted for a nickel-based catalyst passivated with sulfur by the conventional known technique.
SOLUTION: The catalyst includes at least one porous carrier and at least one metal phase. The metal phase includes nickel and tin by 0.01-0.2 molar ratio Sn/Ni. A method for preparing the catalyst comprises, at the least, the continuous steps of: (a) depositing nickel at the least on the carrier to obtain a nickel-based single metal-deposited catalyst; (b) reducing the single metal-catalyst in the presence of at least one reducing gas; (c) depositing at least one organotin compound on the reduced single metal catalyst in a gas phase and in the presence of at least one reducing gas; and (d) activating a solid material, which is obtained at the step of (c) depositing the organotin compound, in the presence of at least one reducing gas.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
