ADDRESS CONFIRMATION SYSTEM, ADDRESS CONFIRMATION PROCESSING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an address confirmation system and an address confirmation processing method, for quickly confirming an address of a user and transmitting information to the user at a low cost.

SOLUTION: The address confirmation system 10 has a service provider system 20 that creates electronic mail to which address conversion position data including latitude and longitude obtained by converting address data of the user is attached, and transmits it to an electronic post-office box system 60, which stores the electronic mail in an electronic post-office box database 64 for each user. GPS (Global Positioning System) position data indicating the current position are received from a mobile apparatus 80 having a cellphone function. The GPS position data and the address conversion position data attached to the electronic mail stored and registered in the electronic post-office box database 64 are compared. Data for browsing the electronic mail are transmitted to the mobile apparatus 80 when they match.
