<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve thoroughness of information communication to an employee using workflow. <P>SOLUTION: A workflow management system includes a user management DB17 which stores information about a plurality of users, a document storage device 5 which stores information about a plurality of documents, a document management part 31 which provides a document management screen which selects a target document from documents stored in the document storage device 5, a workflow management part 33 which selects an implementing person and an approver from among a plurality of users and provides an application screen for making application of educational workflow task which makes the implementing person attend a lecture on the target document, a workflow management DB15 which stores educational workflow task information. The workflow management part 33 further provides an attendance screen which makes the implementing person of the educational workflow task download the target document and input attendance time when browsing the target document and also provides an approval screen of the educational workflow task. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
