PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method hardly collapsing wire gauzes by pressurizing force between electrode rolls in a lap resistance welding machine, and also hardly causing trouble such as the deformation of the wire gauzes, the melting of wires and the fusion-cutting of the wires. SOLUTION: The method for joining wire gauzes is characterized in that, when wire gauzes or a wire gauze and a metal thin sheet are joined, both are joined to some degree by a lap resistance welding method in the first stage, and next, the joining is completed by a sintering method in the second stage.
