PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet treatment method using magnetism capable of improving symptom of disease (such as nystagmus and torticollis) of pets, and a magnetic therapy device for pet treatment suitable for the treatment method. SOLUTION: A magnetic therapy device 20 for treating the pet with magnetism is composed of a body 22 for placing the pet and a magnetism-generating means for generating the magnetism mounted in the body 22. The magnetism-generating means has a plurality of magnetism generators 21 mounted in such a way that axes connecting their both poles are radially arrayed, and the adjacent magnetic poles 21a in the adjacent magnetism generators 21 have mutually opposite magnetic characters. Since the magnetic field of an area A surrounded by the plurality of magnetism generators 21 can be made strong, the strong magnetism can be applied to a site where the magnetism is desired to be applied. Furthermore, an area A2 where the magnetic field exists can be widened, so that, even if an animal moves around, it is highly possible possibility that the magnetism can be applied to the site where the magnetism is desired to be applied.
