An article, a method and a system for monitoring physiological function and posture status are provided by the present invention, wherein the article is contacted with a body directly or indirectly. At least one set of non-posture physiological sensors are set in the article and connected or contacted with at least one switch, one pressure sensor, one strain sensor or one pressure gauge at the same time. The switch, the pressure sensor, the strain sensor or the pressure gauge is set in the same article or a different article, and the non-posture physiological sensors sense the user's physiological function and posture status. The above technical solution provided by the invention can accurately detect the changes in body posture.
