摘要 <p>The method for the production of structured chromium layer for contact surfaces of machine processing in printed materials, comprises forming the structural chromium layer through galvanic deposition of chromium from an electrolyte on a substrate. The structural chromium layer is formed at constant flow density and in a limit temperature dependent on the flow density. In the limit temperature, two morphologies coexist by metallic chromium and the structure formation is initiated through a temperature change in the range of the limit temperature. The method for the production of structured chromium layer for contact surfaces of machine processing in printed materials, comprises forming the structural chromium layer through galvanic deposition of chromium from an electrolyte on a substrate. The structural chromium layer is formed at constant flow density and in a limit temperature dependent on the flow density. In the limit temperature, two morphologies coexist by metallic chromium and the structure formation is initiated through a temperature change in the range of the limit temperature. The temperature change takes place under given, constant bath temperature as unique, initial adjustment of the surface temperature under the influence of the appearing electric power loss. The structure formation takes place in a temperature range of 2-4[deg] C to a limit temperature of 39-45[deg] C in conventional hard chromium bath at 15-130 A/dm 2>and is initiated through a single or repeated short-time change of the surface temperature of the substrate. The adjustment or changing of the surface temperature is carried out directly through tempering the substrate or indirectly through mixing of electrolytes of different temperature. The form and distribution of the structural element are controlled through the retention period in the range of the limit temperature or temporal sequence of the range of the limit temperature and the size of the structural element at constant flow density through the deposition duration. The spherical cap-shaped structural element is created with smooth crests or with crests together with spherical cap. The height of the crest is same or smaller than its radius over a base plain of the structural chromium layer. The deposition of the structural chromium layer from galvanic bath is carried out with addition of organic additives.</p>
