PURPOSE: Portable skin treatment devices for treating sebaceous glands related disease are provided to improve the treatment effect of the devices by selecting a heat treatment mode, a light-radiation treatment mode, and an ion-implantation treatment mode. CONSTITUTION: A conductive skin contact tip is installed at one end of a hollow housing. One or more controlling button and a display part(140) are installed on the outer surface of the housing. A heater(121) heating the tip and a heating controller(123) controlling the heater are prepared. A conductive hand electrode part forms a conductive circuit with respect to the tip. An ion-generator(129) conducts the tip and the hand electrode part and generates an electric potential difference of both electrodes.
