CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for inspecting a tube and a washer of a cylindrical rechargeable battery includes: a transfer part(57) for transferring the cylindrical secondary battery; a sensor(470) sensing the tube; an annular illumination part(720) for irradiating the light; a reverse-reflective mirror; a photographing part(710) for photographing a tube part and a washer part of the cylindrical secondary battery; and a tube defect determination part(760).
