PURPOSE: A conversion type pad manufacturing method and a pad thereof are provided to enable a viewer to recognize a pattern on a keypad without supplying separate power and to implement various conversion functions. CONSTITUTION: A transparent functional ink is used to print a pattern on one side. One side is transparently deposited and a keypad(110) is completed. A sheet pad is completed. The sheet pad is adhered to the lower side of the keypad by an adhesive member. A conversion type pad is completed.
