PURPOSE: A floating quay is provided to anchor a dried ship on the sea during a decoration process and to easily assemble and disassemble the quay. CONSTITUTION: A floating quay(100) comprises box-shaped blocks(110), cranes(130H,130S), anchors(140), and sinkers(150). The cranes are installed on the top of the connected blocks using chains(153). A pair of rails(123) are parallelly located on the top of the connected block. The cranes can be moved along the rails. A convex part is formed on one surface of each block, and a concave part is formed in the other surface.
