PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately laminate a continuous thin film and enhance productivity of thin film stacking. SOLUTION: This thin film laminating device is composed of a positioning mechanism 40 for positioning the tip of a second continuous thin film 14 or a third continuous thin film 6 at a space of specified distance and a pair of rollers 30 sucking and conveying the films cut in the specified shape with a first cutter 62 or a second cutter 68. A heater 50 for adjusting the temperature on the outer circumferenctial surface of the rollers 30 to a specified value is installed on the inside of the rollers 30, and one roller of a pair of rollers 30 is fixed to a going up and down device 54 capable of pressing the laminated films. Since conveying and positioning of the film, cutting of the film in the specified shape, pressing and heating are continuously conducted with a pair of rollers 30 and accompanying small devices, the continuous film is accurately laminated, and productivity of thin film laminating can be enhanced. |
