PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer with a stacker in which print sheets can be sorted depending on the print information by means of a stacker for sorting the print sheets and a print information detecting means without interrupting print operation even upon occurrence of incomplete print. SOLUTION: A stacker 4 is provided to abut against a print label printer 1 and interior of the stacker 4 is partitioned by a partition panel 20 into containing sections. A cover 24 provided above the partition panel 20 is opened or closed based on print information from a laser scanner 16. Upon occurrence of a rejectable print label 15a which cannot be read out by means of the laser scanner 16, the cover 24 closes the upper part of a normal label stacker 21 thus ensuring a passage of a rejectable print label 15a to a rejectable label stacker 22. |
