Capsule comprises a core in a shell with a dissolution time of no more than 85 seconds in test A (USP XXIII, 724). Independent claims are also included for: (1) production of the capsule by coextruding the components of the shell and the components of the core, optionally centrifuging, optionally immersing the capsules in a bath of ethanol or anhydrous organic solvent, and drying; and (2) a product comprising the capsule.
