<p>Charge carrier transport layer (3) comprises a transport material having organic carrier. The transport material contains multiple transparent oxide containing particles (6,6',6'') having diameter in a range of 1-100 nm. The transport material also contains multiple agglomerated particles (7,7''). Transparent oxide containing particles and agglomerated particles have different refractive indices. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing charge carrier transport layer for an electro-optical component.</p> |
