<p>The present invention relates to a method for the preparation of a one-part implant (1) for attachment of artificial teeth comprising an anchoring part (5) and a mounting part (20), whereby the anchoring part (5) and the mounting part (20) are configured in one piece, and to the one-part implant (1) thereby obtained. The anchoring part (5) of the one-part implant (1) has a bone contact surface B and a soft tissue contact surface S. The soft tissue contact surface S is at least partially hydroxylated, which results in an improved soft tissue integration. The present invention further relates to a one-part implant (1), the soft tissue contact surface S of which is at least partially silanated, and to a method for the preparation thereof.</p> |
