<p>Disclosed is an aqueous liquid which comprises gatifloxacin, a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate of gatifloxacin or the pharmacologically acceptable salt in an amount of 0.65 to 2 w/v% in terms of free gatifloxacin content and at least one member selected from phosphoric acid, malonic acid, nicotinic acid amide or salts thereof in an amount of at least 0.5 w/v% and has a pH value of 5.8 to 6.9. In the aqueous liquid, the solubility of gatifloxacin is increased. When at least one member selected from nicotinic acid amide, caffeine, methylglucamine, methyl paraoxybenzoate and salts thereof is added to the aqueous liquid,the production of precipitates in the aqueous liquid during the storage of the aqueous liquid at a low temperature or freezing/thawing of the aqueous liquid can be prevented.</p> |
