METHOD FOR COMPENSATING MECHANICAL LOSS OF OPEN LOOP WINDING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for compensating a mechanical loss of an open loop winding system is provided to detect output torque by simply driving the electric motors of a winder and a un-winder unit before an open loop winding system is powered. CONSTITUTION: A method for compensating a mechanical loss of an open loop winding system is as follows. A winding system is installed(S400). The parameter of an electric motor is tuned(S402). Output torque is detected by allowing an inverter to drive the electric motor(S406). A mechanical loss is calculated using the detected output torque(S412). The calculated mechanical loss is compensated.
