PURPOSE: An MP3 player with an FM stereo transmitting modulator is provided to enable a user to easily select FM transmission function on/off on a screen, thereby conveniently reproducing an audio file through an FM audio device. CONSTITUTION: An MP3 player with an FM stereo transmitting modulator includes a button controller(110), an embedded or expanded memory slot(102), a microphone input unit(111), an FM radio receiving unit(112), a CPU(Central Processing Unit) decoder(103), a liquid crystal screen(109), and a digital signal unit(104). Key signals are inputted through the button controller. The memory slot has a storage capacity. The microphone input unit converts a sound signal inputted from the outside an electrical signal. The FM radio receiving unit receives an FM frequency assigned to a receiving antenna. The CPU decoder controls operations of the button controller and the memory slot or determines and operates a program with outputted data to output a control signal. The liquid crystal screen visually displays a data signal outputted from the CPU decoder. The digital signal unit processes a signal outputted from the CPU decoder by a digital PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal.
