<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dumped laver collecting mechanism intended for solving such evil practices that raw laver is uselessly wasted to invite lowering of economical efficiency because the amount of raw laver during drainage is large in work of pouring and discharging seawater while a lot of raw laver remains in a conventional tank and the amount of law laver to be dumped in one time drainage is equal to 2-3 sheets of dried laver, and also such problems that it is impossible to collect dumped laver and/or effectively use raw laver because the volume of dumping of raw laver reaches nearly 1% of the volume of production. <P>SOLUTION: This dumped laver collecting mechanism in a foreign matter separator for laver mixed liquid is composed of a main laver foreign matter separating removing machine for setting a sorting first rotary member on a first tank for laver mixed liquid to form a sorting first gap, introducing raw laver selected in the first gap to a first good item tank, and holding foreign matter in the first tank, and a secondary laver foreign matter separating removing machine for setting a sorting second rotary member on a second tank for dumped laver mixed liquid placed side by side with the first tank of the main laver foreign matter separating removing machine to form a sorting second gap and sending raw laver sorted in the second gap to the first good item tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
