PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular mirror having a heater in which an electrode need not be pattern-formed in a comb shape, a PTC heater need not be pattern-formed in a meandering shape, or any power supply electrode need not be formed through screen printing by using copper paste or the like on the PTC flat heater. SOLUTION: A first substrate 14 is formed of a transparent glass sheet, and a metallic reflection film also used for a first electrode film 12 is formed over the entire back side thereof. A second substrate 18 is formed of a glass sheet, and a second electrode film 16 is formed over the entire face side. The first substrate 14 and the second substrate 18 are affixed to each other, while the metallic reflection film also used for the first electrode film 12 and the second electrode film 16 face each other with a PTC flat heater layer 20 formed of conductive paste 20a having the PTC characteristic being held therebetween. A clip electrode 22 is attached to a lower edge of the first substrate 14 so as to be conducted to the metallic reflection film also used for the first electrode film 12.
