PURPOSE: A backup board is provided to use an environmentally-friendly soluble lubricant and a water soluble resin binder in order to adhere the film sheet of a backup board surface layer to the core material of an inner layer. CONSTITUTION: A core(10) is one among a high density fiber, a middle density fiber bimetal, or a plastic sheet. An aqueous adhesive(20) is coated on both sides of the core. The thickness of the core is 0.5~3mm. The thickness of the aqueous adhesive is 5~100um.
