<p>Tooling intended for fixing hooks (7) connecting the ends of belt conveyors, at the ends of a belt conveyor (BT), includes: a fixed lower part (3) forming an anvil (3′) linked to a movable upper part (2) by means of positioning and centering fingers, a main punch (1) and a complementary punch (4). The main punch (1) includes a head (1′) provided with enlarged parts (1′a) and (1′b). The main punch (1) can slide in a vertical channel (2′) and the complementary punch (4) can slide in a vertical channel (2″′). A vertical guiding groove (4) intended for guiding the staple (7) is arranged on the side of the complementary punch (4). A pneumatic hammer provided with a head (8, 8′) hammers the main punch (1) which drives the staple (7) in and drives, or hammers, the complementary punch (4) which simultaneously hammers the upper plate (5′) of the hook (5).</p> |
