PURPOSE: A driving device with a rotary plate according to a rotation speed is provided to rotate the rotary plate facing a power applying plate according to the rotation speed of a driving shaft and the intensity of a load. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(11) is radially fixed to a non-magnetic rotary plate(10). A non-magnetic power applying plate(20) includes a coil(21) of a horizontal winding. A driving shaft(30) is combined with the center of the rotary plate. An additional non-magnetic fixing plate(40) is mounted on one side of the rotary plate. A spring(50) is supported between the rotary plate and the fixing plate. The rotary plate moves from the driving shaft in an axial direction.
