PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize resources. SOLUTION: A look-up table storage part 12 stores a management table which is generated by using respectively the whole combinations of an acoustic model database 171 or acoustic models stored in 17I, a dictionary database 181 or a word dictionary stored in 18J and a grammar database 191 or grammar rules stored in 19K, sets the beam width of a beam search to various values, performs a matching processing with the feature vectors (group) of various kinds of data amounts as an object and measuring the resources of a voice recognizing processing which is required for obtaining a voice recognition result in real-time. A performance controller 11 refers to the management table so as to decide the beam width, the acoustic model database 17i to be used for a voice recognizing processing, the dictionary database 18j and a grammar database 19k . |
