摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system which has a certain tolerance against error instruction of a raw fuel flowmeter and can avoid a trouble of fuel cell stoppage due to lack of hydrogen, and prevent damage to the cell main body. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system obtains power generation output by supplying a raw fuel such as pure hydrogen and byproduced hydrogen to an anode electrode of the cell main body 1 through a raw fuel flow control valve 3 provided at the raw fuel supply system. The fuel cell system comprises a raw fuel flowmeter 2 which detects flow rate of the raw fuel supplied to the cell main body 1, a PI controller which obtains a control opening degree of the raw fuel flow control valve 3 based on the raw fuel detection value detected by the raw fuel flowmeter 2 and a raw fuel flow-rate set value, a lower-limit opening degree function generator 6 which generates a lower-limit opening degree of the raw fuel flow control valve 3 using the cell current as a parameter, and a high value selection circuit 7 which controls the raw fuel flow control valve 3 by selecting the control opening degree, when the control opening degree obtained by the PI controller 4 is the lower limit or more than the opening degree generated by the lower-limit opening degree function generator 6, and the lower-limit opening degree, when it is less than the lower-limit opening degree. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
