The cylinder (1), has a core (3) moved in a housing (2), and a locking mechanism (9) including a locking bolt (12) for blocking or decontrolling motion of the core. An electrical driving device moves or decontrols the motion of the core between a blocking position of the core opposite to the housing and another decontrolling position of the motion of the core. A blocking element (13) is retained in the decontrolling position of the motion of the core opposite to the housing and moved in the blocking position during introduction of vibration in the motion of the core.
