<p>The device (1) has a movable support (4) mounted movably in rotation on a fixed plate (2) for pivoting around a rotation axis. The movable support is arranged for receiving the tank so that a drain tap is fixed in a side same as rotation axis. An elastic unit (8) e.g. spring, supports a part of weight of the tank and applies pushing force to pivot the movable support around the rotation axis when the supported weight is below a threshold. A manual compression unit compresses the elastic unit, and has a spring clip (9).</p> |
