<p>The device (2) has upper and lower spring straps (3, 4) bendable above 360 degrees in a rotational direction of a winding shaft (1) and less than 360 degrees in an opposite bending direction. The straps are fixedly connected with the shaft on one side. The upper spring strap is connected with a hanging. An end of the lower spring strap is limitedly displaceable in a rectangular opening (9) of the upper spring strap on a side that is turned towards the hanging. A predefined, suddenly increasing torque is formed at the shaft by the lower spring strap upon reaching an end position of the hanging.</p> |
