PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a roll mold capable of easily forming the unevenness of the cylindrical surface of the roll mold with good dimensional precision, the roll mold capable of forming unevenness to a processing target sheet with good dimensional precision using it and an optical sheet manufactured using the roll mold. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the roll mold having fine unevenness provided on its outer peripheral surface, plating treatment is applied to the unevenness forming surface of a flat plate shaped mother original plate 21 having fine unevenness formed on its one main surface and the mother original plate 21 is wound around the outer peripheral surface a cylindrical roll-shaped matrix MR while bending the mother original plate 21 so as to turn its plating surface inside. Thereafter the mother original plate 21 is detached to fix the plating part (plated original plate) 30, to which the unevenness is transferred, to the outer peripheral surface of the roll-shaped matrix MR.
