A pressure-sensitive adhesive film which not only has excellent pressure-sensitive adhesiveness to a surface of a solid (a body to be adhered), but also can be peeled with ease from the surface of the solid. When it is intended to peel the film from the surface, an ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the adhesive layer of the film. The irradiation of an ultraviolet ray greatly reduces the peel strength of the adhesive layer and makes the layer to be easy to peel. The aforementioned pressure-sensitive adhesive film comprises a base film and, coated thereon, an adhesive layer containing a pressure-sensitive adhesive of ultraviolet curable type, characterized in that it has a ball tack value of the surface of the adhesive layer of 10 or less, as measured according to JIS Z0237. This film is suitable as a carrier film for manufacturing a flexible printed board. |
