METHOD AND APPARATUS OF RELAYING OPERATION USING UPLINK RESOURCE

PURPOSE: A relay operation method using an uplink resource is provided to receive multicast or broadcast service data from a base station or a relay terminal, thereby obtaining cooperation diversity. CONSTITUTION: A receiver(1101) receives a message data from a base station and an adjacent terminal. A control unit(1103) receives a predetermined control signal from the base station in order to receive data through the uplink resource. The control unit converts the received control signal into the uplink resource receiving mode in order to receive data to the natural disposition through the uplink resource. The control unit converts a mode into the normal mode in order to transmit data through the uplink resource to the base station. A transmission unit(1105) transmits data received through the uplink resource from the adjacent terminal to the base station.
