PURPOSE: A kimchi aging method of a kimchi refrigerator is provided to age kimchi by the taste of a client, by choosing a proper aging condition saved inside a memory. CONSTITUTION: A kimchi aging method of a kimchi refrigerator comprises the following steps: inputting an aging condition(S110); firstly aging kimchi by the inputted aging condition(S130); saving the aging condition of the first aging process into a memory(S160); selecting the aging condition saved inside the memory(S100); and secondly aging the kimchi by the selected aging condition.
