THE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS OF TONE WHEEL FOR VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A bending apparatus for manufacturing the tone wheel of a vehicle and a tone wheel manufacturing method using the same are provided to manufacture product having minute dimension by bending a tone wheel semi-finished products at the exact location. CONSTITUTION: A bending apparatus for manufacturing the tone wheel of a vehicle comprises multiple lower pins(36) and upper pins(24). The lower pin is projected from the lower part of an installation die of a tone wheel manufacturing device to be elastically movable up and down and is inserted into a sensor hole of a semi-product(10). The lower pin fixes the semi-product at the exact location and is moved down by the lowering of a banding die(20). The upper pin is inserted into the sensor unit of the semi-product and guides the semi-product downward when the bending die moves down.
