TOUCH PANEL WITH TRANSPARENT LIQUID NONCONDUCTIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A touch panel using nonconductive transparent liquid material is provided to increase the penetration rate, and improve the restoration facility. CONSTITUTION: An upper plate(11), and a lower plate(19) are made of transparent material. A top transparent electrode and a lower transparent electrodes(13,17) are included in each opposite side of the lower plate and upper plate. A dot spacer(50) is formed on the upper part of the lower transparent electrode while having a regular arrangement. A sealant(30) welds the surrounding of the lower plate and upper plate. An insulating transparent liquid(60) is filled in the middle of the upper plate and the lower plate.
