PURPOSE: An electric toothbrush is provided, which makes motion embodiment for teeth brushing motion of a head main body with bristles simple. CONSTITUTION: An electric toothbrush comprises: a central shaft which is formed in one end of an inner receptor and a receiving part and faces outside; a handle body(10) equipped with a plate having an eccentric circular hole; a drive motor built in the other side of the receiving part of the handle body; a drive unit including a power supply unit; a rotor which is inserted into the circular hole of the plate and rotates; a power transmission unit including a driving shaft facing outside; a head main body(40) which swings; and a connection unit for connection and separation of the handle body and head main body.
