PURPOSE: A functional whitening cosmetic product using germanium is provided to ensure removing age spot and to treat wrinkle. CONSTITUTION: A functional whitening cosmetic product contains 25-40 weight% of Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. extract, 20-30 weight% of Zizania latifolia extract, 1-10 weight% of laver or Enteromorpha extract, 15-25 weight% of Angelica utilis Makino extract, 10-20 weight% of Salicornia herbacea extract, 3-10 weight% of lecithin, 0.5-1% of natural antiseptic, 1-2% of vegetable emulsifier, and 0.1-3% of perfume product.
