ASSEMBLING METHOD FOR BUCKET-COVER IN THE TURBINE-ROTOR

PURPOSE: A method for assembling a bucket cover in a turbine rotor is provided to eliminate vibration when a rotor is operated by precisely riveting a bucket cover to a group of buckets. CONSTITUTION: A method for assembling a bucket cover in a turbine rotor is as follows. The outer surfaces of buckets arranged in a turbine rotor are grinded so that the length of each bucket can be uniform(S1). Rivet protrusions are indirectly heated by heating the top end of the bucket of a neighboring group. Bucket covers with rivet holes are coupled to the heated rivet protrusions(S2). The rivet protrusions protruded to the outside the bucket covers are eliminated by rotating a rotor(S3).
