PURPOSE: A device for conveying a semiconductor chip tray is provided to prevent malfunction by preventing fine dust and floating foreign materials from being shifted to a semiconductor chip. CONSTITUTION: A device(200) for conveying a semiconductor tray comprises a conveyor belt(210), shaft supports(220), and a sticky roller(230). Semiconductor chip trays(100) are loaded on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt transfers the semiconductor chip trays. The shaft supporters are vertically installed in both rear sides of the conveyor belt. The sticky roller is rotated when the conveyor belt is powered and eliminates fine dust and floating foreign materials on the conveyor belt. The sticky roller has an adhesive tape roll and is in contact with the conveyor belt.
