PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing mixed fertilizer of livestock excretion is provided to quickly and completely mature environmentally-friendly compost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing mixed fertilizer of livestock excretion comprises: a step of mixing livestock excretion, fermentation promoting agent, and mineral powder DOTP to prepare a first mixture; a step of transferring the first mixture to a pressure reactor; a step of pressing the mixture at 0.1-30kg/cm^2; a step of discharging air using a vacuum pump by 0.1-10kg/cm^2 of vacuum pressure; a step of inputting nitrogen gas by 0 of vacuum pressure and reoperating by 1-3kg/cm^2 of inner pressure; a step of performing anaerobic fermentation; a step of transferring fermented compost to a second mixer; a step of mixing 80 weight% of livestock excretion and 20 weight% of matured compost; and a step of naturally maturing the second mixture.
