PURPOSE: An external control device for driving an electric apparatus and a method for controlling the same are provided to externally control the power supply to the electric device. CONSTITUTION: A controller controls the drive power of a driving unit. A driving determining unit(10) detects the variation of voltage, current, temperature, or signal at a specific element. The specific element is included in an electric device(200). A control signal transmitting unit(30) transmits a control signal for controlling the power supply to a driving power source to the controller of the electronic device. |
