PURPOSE: A greenhouse gas monitoring system is provided to effectively monitor greenhouse gases by displaying gas an evacuation distribution level on a 3D electronic map. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(110) collects information about greenhouse gases. A measurement and analysis unit(120) measures the emission quantity of the greenhouse gases through the collected greenhouse gas information. The measurement and analysis unit analyzes an evacuation amount distribution of the greenhouse gases. An electronic map generating unit(130) maps the evacuation quantity distribution of the greenhouse gases in a 3D electronic map. The electronic map generating unit performs manufacturing and manages the greenhouse gas distribution map.
