PURPOSE: A data communication terminal with an internet access code, and a system and a method for controlling the same are provided to allocate different internet access codes to data communication terminals, thereby enabling an information providing server to remotely control the data communication terminals. CONSTITUTION: An internet access code memory(42) stores an internet access code in the first to N information management servers or a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) phone management server. A main controller(44) accesses a server corresponding to the internet access code. Internet access codes are differently allocated to data communication terminals or the same internet access codes are allocated to data communication terminals.
